I met Calvin Lane in 1998. He was a bouncer for his neice"s birthday party. Guy is a giant. I spoke with him for about an hour afterwards. I stand 6"6" and was the next tallest person there so when I asked him how tall he was, he said 7"7" and picked his brain from that point. He told me and a few friends that he was a stunt man for Predator. He didnt say which one. I have since checked on this and have found no association between Calvin Lane and any Predator movie.

Hey Joker, I just rewatched the original Predator for like the 2oth time, and had a couple questions I hoped you could maybe help answer.
The first one: When the Predator hears Dutch yell out and he looks into the jungle, he right after starts scanning his wrist blades with some kind of laser (similar to the one on his mask) which turns them red. I"ve read 2 volumes of the predator and AVP omnibus series,seen every predator movie and not once have i seen that anywhere else. I thought it might be cleaning the blades, but I really have no idea.
The second question was: when the predator is in heat vision you can hear this sort of irregular thumping sound sorta like a heart beat or something. I was wondering what that was all about.
