I"ve been a fan of the Alien and Predator series" since I was about 4 years of age, my dad absolutely loved Aliens.
I, myself, am interested in the Yautja.

I saw the Predators movie today. I had a huge feeling I was going to be disappointed, seeing as how the AvP movies were... I hoped I would be proven wrong.
And I was!

It was really interesting, it actually had a *story line*

They introduce the Hish, the other "breed" of Predators. I"d consider them bad bloods, as well, though...

But, anyway. The Hish [the larger Predators, they didn"t refer to them as "Hish," but that is what they were] looked really strange. I was a little freaked out when I first saw their faces -- and I was a bit confused because I had no idea what it was, why it looked like that. I hadn"t known about them until now.
They were made of nightmare fuel, to say the least.

I seriously suggest it. I was really pleased. Hopefully any more movies that may be coming out will be just as satisfying, too.

I"am a fan to both the first two movies only. Predator 2 is the real sequal to the predator movies. Growning up wacthing the first movie accouple of times I just can"t see why someone needs to make a huge culture out of it. For me the predators that are shown in the two movies are seperate alien humnoids that are sent down to hunt for trophies no more no less , and plus in the second one as we see the trophies in the ship at the end , they only show them to give the viewer a better understanding of what this creature was hunting. They put the alien head in for surprise joke kind of thing. For the spin off"s of the predator movies they are bad rip offs for people that want to put there names out there. Hail to the king stan winston he was the one that saved the first movie because the creature was not scary enough. So even though predators is like the orginal , it does not live up to what the first two showed me as a kid. Wacth the second one more than once and you will respect it as much as the first one.

Well i rely like the Predators more but the aliens are cool to. <.<

Its fun to play as the alien in AvP games.

after seeing Predators i believe i have a answer to what the Hish are. As in Predator Forever Midnight the Hish kidnapped people and put them on the planet to hunt, which the super Predators did. Also the Hish had slaves which is why i believe they are fighting the Yautja, the Yautja were their slaves but they revolted and are at war. and the reason there are so few Hish seen is that the Yautja have been winning the war, surprisingly after seeing the fight between those two on Predators. We know the Hish are few in number because in Predator Flesh and Blood the main predator said the Hish were low in number so a war was the only way they could be almost extinct.

Hi, great website its great to learn about the culture and ethics of the Yautja :)
being unfortunate enough to have not red the many comics and books!! yet
i have just watched predators and i feel sad that the old breed died so quickly i dont think the new breed is successful as many games and comics featuring the predator are based in the future. i am quite confused about he oigins of the new breed !! hopefully it will be explained in the next film
